Original bill or challan copy needs to be presented at the time of delivery of processed articles.
Items left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification are not our responsibility.
Customers should examine the clothes at the time of delivery. We shall not be held responsible for any damages that are fond after delivery of processed article.
At the Wash Story, we would be putting our best efforts to remove any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes. However, we shall not be held responsible for any un-removal stains.
We are not responsible for fastness, colour bleed, colour running, shrinkage, damages to embellishments or embroidery work on the articles during processing.
We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or jewelry fittings on your clothes getting damaged on processing the clothes.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc. which are beyond our control or similar incidences.
Items will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
We will make sure every effort to pickup/deliver clothes on time. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you posted.
Order cancellation is possible before processing of clothes. Fees may apply if cancelled after processing starts.
We collect personal information to process orders. Data will be handled according to our privacy policy and applicable regulations.
We may use the images of your clothes for promotions only.
For Urgent/Express Delivery, 50% extra charge will be levied.
If the items which are to be collected from store by customers are not picked within 7 days of order completion, extra 30% of order value will be added to the final bill amount
